Architectural work includes clearing out of all loose equipment within the work area; the removal of existing kitchen equipment, including fixed countertops and shelving; cutting down and grinding of floor curbs; patching the floor to attain a smooth surface; the provision of a single door slab; and the wall modifications and installation of a new double door to the main corridor. Mechanical & Electrical work includes decommissioning, leg removal and capping of all mechanical and electrical kitchen-related equipment, controls and panels; and the installation and modification of illuminated exit signage.
