Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lancaster, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a 22,228-square-foot, three-story above grade multi-residential development.
**As of June 27, 2024 there was one bidder and the bid came in over the estimated cost. This project is to be rebid at a later time but no definite date yet. Requests for substitutions shall be submitted to the Architect's office no later than 5.P.M. Tuesday, June 04, 2024. Substitutions may be emailed to Project manager athomas@tcarchitects.com. A Current workers compensation certificate has been submitted to the owner. Contractor, bid bond for general contractor only (in amount of 10%) and performance and payment bond in a sum of 100 percent of the contract price, including any charge orders if the alternate is accepted.
