The City Of Lancaster, Ohio As Provided In This Notice For The Tiki Lane Booster Station Improvements Project. A. General. Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to construct the project in accordance with the plans and as specified herein. B. The project consists of pump and electrical replacement at the Tiki Lane Pump Station located in Lancaster, Ohio. C. The work consists of the demolition and replacement of three pumps and associated motors, valves, demolition of variable frequency drives, addition of soft starters, instruments, transfer switch for portable generator connection, control panel, utility pole, and miscellaneous site work. All Bids Must Include A Bid Guaranty, As Described In The Instructions To Bidders. No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid Within 60 Days After The Opening; The City Of Lancaster, Ohio Reserves The Right To Waive Irregularities, Reject Any Or All Bids, And Conduct Necessary Investigations To Determine Bidder Responsibility. This Is A Federal Davis-bacon Prevailing Wage Rate Project. This Project Will Be Funded In Part By The American Recovery Program Act. The total estimated construction cost for the base bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $TBA, including the Allowance for the PLC Panel and the integration work of $80,000. MBE (6%), WBE (2%)
