Site work for a mixed-use development in Farmington, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

**As of July 22, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The County is seeking to enhance and upgrade the existing landscaping at the Facilities with minimalistic xeriscaping design that conserves water, is drought tolerant, and low maintenance, while also providing aesthetically pleasing outdoor space for staff and patrons (referred to collectively hereafter as the "Projects"). All questions relating to this RFP must be directed to Jordan Tilley, Davis County Purchasing Manager, via email at jtilley@co.davis.ut.us The deadline to submit questions regarding this RFP is June 10, 2024, at 4:00 p.m The County desires to contract with a professional licensed landscape contractor (the "Contractor"), experienced in xeriscape construction and low water use landscaping in Utah's climate and environment. Preference will be given to Contractors with experience replacing existing grass turf landscape with water saving landscaping, irrigation, and plantings, by retro fitting with drought tolerant, low maintenance, and sustainable landscaping
