The total project length is approximately 7,439 linear feet. All disturbed areas will be restored to their original condition. The Bids for this project have been broken out into a Base and Alternate Bid. The Base Bid includes all improvements to the entire lengths of Andover Avenue, Berwick Drive, Morris Street, North Avenue, and Roanoke Road, whereas the Alternate Bid includes improvements to the entire lengths of Erin Court, Ethel Court, and Moorhouse Court.
