EXTERIOR REPAIRS TO VAN HORNE HOUSE PHASE III, 941 EAST MAIN STREET, BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP, SOMERSET COUNTY, NEW JERSEY During the bid opening process, the bidders will be announced as will bid amounts. A bid review providing unit prices will not take place at the openings. Instead, this information will be posted, as always to the Purchasing webpage once available. Release of all Plans/Drawings requires receipt of a form of identification from the requesting individual and Company information. [Examples: Company ID/Business Card] All information is subject to verification. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Somerset County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and that said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of successful bidder's contract. All Bid Addenda will be issued on the County website, and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-23(c)(2). All interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
