To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must meet the following criteria, otherwise their bid will be automatically rejected: Have obtained the call for tenders document via the electronic call for tenders system of the Government of Quebec "SEAO";
Have an establishment in Quebec or Ontario where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his name and accessible during normal office hours;
Hold a valid Quebec Revenu Certificate, which must not have been issued after the closing date and time of this call for tenders. Have, on the date of submission of tenders, three (3) years of experience in institutional/commercial construction and in carrying out painting and upholstery work. In this regard, the Societe des casinos du Quebec inc. may consider the experience of a subsidiary of the bidder, its parent company or a company resulting from the merger of the bidder, one of its subsidiaries or its parent company;
Have a team made up of multidisciplinary painters. The entire on-site team must have experience in painting, plaster application, wallpaper installation, spray painting, as well as repair and installation of solid floor coverings (Epoxy);
Have attended the mandatory site visit;
Have transmitted their submission electronically via the SEAO. In the case of a submission whose integrity has not been established, the failure to remedy this irregularity within two (2) working days following the notice of defect sent by the Societe des casinos du Quebec inc . will result in rejection of the submission.
