Firms should demonstrate a diverse range of engineering skills and experience, specifically in areas such as bridge design, structural analysis, environmental impact assessment, cultural and historical preservation, and public engagement. The firm awarded this project will be responsible for performing all functions described as Preliminary Engineering (PE) by the Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT), as well as any other functions described within the RFQ.
