No bids received, proejct to be rebid in spring of 2025 The project consists of renovations to three elementary schools to create secure vestibules. The work consists of selective demolition, unit masonry, hollow metal, wood doors, drywall, acoustical panel ceilings and grid, resilient work, carpet, painting, and electrical work. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening of bids. It is solely the contractor's responsibility to verify that he has all drawings, all specifications, and all addenda for this project. No additional cost will be allowed by the Owner for the contractor's failure to obtain all material. Discrepancies, omissions and conflicts of any part of the contract documents shall be brought to the attention of the Architect, Nathan Stark at nstark@brayarch.com within seven (7) working days prior to bid date.
