ARPA Sewer System Rehabilitation CCTV. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Contractor shall clean all manholes and sewer line segments within the project area and then physically inspect all sewer line segments and manholes within the project area. This project includes the cleaning and CCTV Inspection of approximately 8,300 LF of 4-inch diameter sanitary gravity sewer line, 15,750 LF of 8-inch diameter sanitary gravity sewer line, the cleaning and inspection of approximately 101 sanitary sewer manholes, smoke testing, and all other work associated with the line items shown in the Bid Form. Question Deadline 06/18/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Contact: Hunter Hethcoat at Hunter.hethcoat@hdengr.com with written questions 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
