Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport intends to issue a solicitation for the renovation of the interior for Building 33. This project will require the contractor to demolish walls, remove abandoned piping, repair flooring, and paint interior. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for non-commercial services in accordance with FAR 13.1. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract. The solicitation number for this requirement is N0025324Q0041. Performance location will be at Keyport, WA and Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor, Silverdale, WA. The target award date is, August 15, 2024. The NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2EB Repair Or Alteration Of Maintenance Buildings. This solicitation will be 100% set aside for small businesses. The government estimate of the Magnitude of the requirement is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 36, utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about June 13, 2024 with a 30-day response time. The contracting office is not maintaining a bidders list.
