Site work and paving for a road / highway in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Supervisors of Greene Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania will receive bids for the Greene Township 2024 Micro-Paving Project The proposed work will consist of the micro-milling and micro-paving of approximately 33,797 square yards on portions of Kuhl Road and approximately 11,732 square yards of slurry seal of the municipal building driveway and parking area. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract
