Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jefferson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
New lift station and prefabricated generator building, including the following: o Installation of new pumps, piping, and precast concrete cover with hatch on a new lift station wetwell. The 8-foot diameter wetwell will be constructed under Contract "B" separately. o Construction of a new concrete foundation for a new prefabricated generator building to be provided and installed on the lift station site. The new 12'x24' building will include the valves, generator, transfer switch, control panel and associated components. o Site improvements including the excavation, grading, landscaping, and asphalt paving at the new lift station site. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal construction. The City of Jefferson reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Question Deadline 06/22/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
