Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, tools, and equipment for removal and replacement of one compressor on Chiller #1, Circuit #1for the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA). Location: New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) 2800 Chartres St. New Orleans, LA 70117 Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, tools, and equipment for removal and replacement of one compressor on Chiller #1, Circuit #1for the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) as per Attachment C - Specifications. Bond Notes: For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation. Failure to do so shall eliminate your bid from consideration. Amount of performance bond, if required: addressed in the special terms and conditions section. The undersigned further agrees, if awarded the contract, to execute and deliver to the Office of State Procurement at the time the contract documents are executed, a Performance Bond (made payable to "State of Louisiana - New Orleans Center for Creative Arts") with Power of Attorney in an amount equal to the contract sum (100% of the amount of the contract) and agrees that this bond will be secured by a surety or insurance company currently on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Financial Management Service list of approved bonding companies which is published annually in the Federal Register, or by a Louisiana domiciled insurance company with at least an A- rating in the latest printing of the A.M. Best's Key Rating Guide to write individual bonds up to 10% of policyholders' surplus as shown in the A.M. Best's Key Rating Guide, or by an insurance company that is either domiciled in Louisiana or owned by Louisiana residents and is licensed to write surety bonds. Also, to be provided at the same time is a Labor and Materials Payment Bond (made payable to "State of Louisiana - New Orleans Center for Creative Arts") in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount.
