Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sammamish, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work in This Contract Includes Installation of a New Stormwater System (Pipes, Structures) and Stormwater Facilities, Walls, Driveway Regrading, Restoration, Water Line Relocation (Schedule B), Concrete Sidewalk, Curb Ramps, Asphalt Pavement, and Traffic Control. Additional Work Includes Modifying Pedestrian Push Buttons, Roadway Striping and Adjusting Utilities in the Curb and Sidewalk and Other Work. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Bid Bond Payable to the ''City of Sammamish'' of Value Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid. The City of Sammamish in Accordance With Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 Usc 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle a, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation Issued Pursuant to Such Act, Hereby Notifies All Bidders That It Will Affirmatively Insure That in Any Contract Entered Into Pursuant to This Advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as Defined at 49 Cfr, Part 26 Will Be Afforded Full Opportunity to Submit Bids in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, National Origin, or Sex in Consideration for an Award. The Work Shall Be Completed Within Three Hundred and Twenty-five [325} Working Days After the Commencement Date Stated in the Notice to Proceed. Financing for This Project Will Be Provided by the City of Sammamish, a Grant From King County Flood Control District, and a Grant Funded Through the Washington State Department of Commerce With Federal Funds From the U.s. Treasury Arpa Slfrf Under Cfda #21.027 (See Contract Provisions Appendix for Federal Grants Terms and Conditions). The City of Sammamish Expressly Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Minor Irregularities or Informalities and to Further Make Award of the Project to the Lowest Responsive, Responsible Bidder as It Best Serves the Interest of the City.
