For Bids Animal Control Building Improvement 2024 A Cashier's Check or a Certified Check on a Solvent Bank in Oklahoma or a Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Accompany the Proposal of Each Bidder. A Maintenance Bond Guaranteeing the Repair of All Damage Due to Improper Materials or Workmanship for a Period of One (1) Year After the Acceptance of the Work by the Owner Will Be Required.
