Work consists of traffic control, temporary dewatering, removal and replacement of concrete slab on grade, selective demolition of structure/mechanical/electrical systems, installation of drain tile and related excavation and other earthwork, plumbing, electrical, and pavement marking to restore existing parking striping work.
