Site work for a civil project in Bombay, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
SRMT is accepting Qualifications and Proposals from qualified and experienced Architectural/Engineering Firms to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary for the Design, Bidding Assistance and Construction Administration services for a new approximately 11,000 square foot in-house addictions treatment facility (Partridge House) with associated site work and utilities. The New Partridge House shall house a combination of offices, patient bedrooms, laundry, boardroom, multipurpose room(s) for exercise/crafts/group therapy, patient rooms, to be located on the south side of Blair Road, Akwesasne, NY and are all more particularly identified in the Proposal Documents. The following preferences apply to this solicitation: Native Preference, Women Business Enterprises & Veteran with Disabilities Business Enterprises and Minority Business Enterprises and Veterans Business Enterprises. The SRMT reserves the right to accept any proposal, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any and all proposals.
