Work shall commence on 7/1/2024 and be substantially complete by 9/1/2024. Base Bid B: Greenhouse: Work consists of constructing the new greenhouse. Work includes the erection of the owner provided greenhouse, installation of owner provided louvers and owner provided exhaust fans. Items provided and installed by the contractor include above grade gas piping, unit heaters, electrical feeder from existing school, electrical panelboard, electrical branch circuits for equipment, receptacles, lighting, and fire alarm work. Work shall commence on 9/1/2024 and be substantially complete by 11/1/2024. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid submitted. This bid security shall be filed in a separate envelope from the bid and labeled as such. Bid security must be in the form of a bid bond or certified check.
