Scope of Work Provide a quote with a price breakdown of the cost to replace a portion of the decking and install new asphalt shingle roof system. The amount of decking that will need to be replaced is approximately 785 square feet. The decking is approximately 2" toungue and grove. The exact location and shape of the decking to be replaced can be seen in the drawings attached. The roof will be covered in ice and water. The total area to have ice and water is approximately 6860 square feet. The total area to be shingled is approximately 6860 square feet. The fascia on both the East and West side will need to be replaced. The total length of fascia board to be replaced is approximately 760 linear feet. The amount of drip edge to be installed is approximately 760 linear feet. For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors. Clean up and containerize all rubbish (refuse, debris, waste materials, and removed materials and equipment) resulting from work daily. All work for the project shall comply with OSHA Standards.
