AMENDMENT 00001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate the questions and answers. 2. The due date for offers remains unchanged. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// DESCRIPTION OF WORK: GLS has a requirement to perform concrete rehabilitation in the damaged areas at Eisenhower and Snell Lock as identified within the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Eisenhower and Snell Lock are located in Massena, NY 13662. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 15, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete within sixty-two (62) calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. The Locks are expected to be dewatered on or about January 13, 2025. The contractor is expected to complete all work inside the lock by March 07, 2025, and demobilize off-site by March 16, 2025.
