YMCA & Library - BP #1 The Project consists of the construction of a new joint use facility consisting of a public library and YMCA This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plant to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the City of Edmond YMCA & Library. Bid Package #01 inclusive of: Building Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Millwork, Roofing, Joint Sealants & Waterproofing, EIFS, Door Assemblies, Glass & Glazing, Overhead Doors, Gypsum Assemblies, Flooring and Wall Tile, Painting and Wall Coverings, Gym Flooring, Specialties, Signage, Lockers, Operable Partitions, Residential Appliances, Sports Equipment, Window Treatments, Pools & Sauna, Conveying Equipment, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Low Voltage, AV Systems, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Security, Earthwork & Site Clearing, Site Concrete, Asphalt, Landscaping & Irrigation, Playground Equipment, Site Utilities, and Storm Sewerage and Drainage. This project is subject to tax-exempt status. For all bids over $50,000, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the City, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The City reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The City of Edmond reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
