The City of Santa Barbara (City) is requesting bids from service providers to improve and install fencing at Mission Creek at West Anapamu Street. The City is interested in preventing access to these areas for the protection of water quality, human health, and wildlife habitat. Access gates are required so that City staff and contractors can access and clean the site as needed. The awarded contractor shall provide all bonds, insurance, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to install fencing at two locations at Mission Creek at Anapamu Street.
