Renovation of a stadium in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
As of October 10, 2024, construction has commenced for this bid package and all trades have been awarded. Completion is expected Summer 2025. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 9 is an early release package for the renovation work at the stadium. Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages: 05T Structural Steel 31T Site Demo/Earthwork/Site Utility Relocation This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the SmartBid Plan Room, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals. Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid. The value listed is that of the total project value. Construction has commenced for previous bid packages at the stadium in January 2024.
