Site work and new construction of a stadium in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and for the construction of a 36,000-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium.
The existing 36,000 sq. ft. fire damaged Victoria Park Arena was demolished in 2021. A new multi-purpose, dry floor facility is planned to be constructed at the same site. The new facility will have a fully accessible dry floor hockey rink to accommodate ball hockey, indoor field hockey and box lacrosse. The upgrades also include a large multi-purpose room, universal change rooms and washrooms, a second story mezzanine with seating for 500 patrons, as well as site improvements and landscaping. The facility will also become home to the new Brampton Sports Hall of Fame. Substantial Performance of the Work is anticipated to be August 30, 2026.
