Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Grandora, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The work generally involves rehabilitation of Aprons II and IV, the work includes removal of abandoned electrical pullpits, concrete pavement repairs, asphalt/composite pavement milling, concrete panel replacement (provisional), excavation (provisional), hot-mix asphalt paving, and pavement. The work is scheduled to begin June 1, 2025, and be completed no later than August 15, 2025. A Bid Bond, Certified Cheque, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of 10% of the tender amount and an Agreement to Bond must accompany each Tender. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide a 50% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond upon execution of the Contract.
