Description

Site work and renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.

Architectural work to include interior alterations to walls and existing casework to accommodate ADA accessible workstations. Electrical work to include modifications to existing rough-in and line and low voltage wiring and cabling to accommodate new workstations. All work shall be done on weekends and evenings. Question Submission Deadline: June 19, 2024, 4:00pm Estimated Construction Cost: Not to Exceed $200,000.00, Including WSST. The successful bidder will be required to Substantially Complete all basic bid and alternate bid work within 77 Calendar Days of Notice to Proceed. The contractor will have an additional 15 Calendar Days to reach Final Completion and Acceptance for a total of 92 Calendar Days.
