Replace with new underlayment and new 50-year shingle roof. (~10,000 SF total) Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Description of Work: The work in general consists of the following for all identified buildings A through H as shown on Exhibit A. 1. Removal and disposal of existing roofing material including underlayment. Contractor shall save three pallets stacked two layers high of the existing tile roof. The remaining tiles shall be disposed of. 2. Repair of any water damage (i.e. dry rot) and replacement of sheathing/roof deck. 3. Install new Class A underlayment. 4. Provide 24-gauge metal roof with color to match existing gazebo next to the rifle range 5. Alternative No.1 - Install new 50-Year composition shingle roof including all necessary flashings and metallic parts. 6. New facia with shall be installed and painted white. Match dimensions of existing facia. 7. The final product shall be water tight. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, implements, methods and processes which are required to complete the work in a good and workmanlike manner, including the protection of adjacent facilities, the disposal of excess materials, and final cleanup, to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Incidental items of construction necessary to complete the whole work in a satisfactory and acceptable manner as provided for in the Specifications and not specifically referred to in this section, shall be understood to be furnished by the Contractor
