Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Drain, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction duration is 45 calendar days. The project has additional Oregon Department of Transportation insurance requirements. Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for the construction of a mill and grind asphalt paving, with dig outs for Applegate Street from Cedar to Fir Streets. This project also includes an American's with Disabilities (ADA) ramp and driveway replacement to comply with ADA, and a storm drain catch basin installation. The bid alternative includes curb removal and replacement in areas where the curb and gutter is severely degraded. Bidders must be licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and comply with City of Drain's Municipal Code. The resulting public works contract is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870). No bid will be considered unless the bid contains a statement that the bidder will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.840 (Prevailing Wage Rates).
