Project will be on the outside of the garage and side porch. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid, PRC# 2024005348. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. GARAGE: Scrape and paint two overhead doors on the garage to match the new siding color. Install new vinyl siding to all walls of the garage a standard white color chosen by supervisor. New vinyl and trim will be installed in all areas with smooth white break metal. PORCH: Remove all old screening framework, design trim, column trim, roof header and all remaining skirting along base. Install new 6x6 treated support post under porch deck and new composite rim board trim along floor deck. Cover the 2 roof supports posts with vinyl post wrap and skirts. Paint. Porch floor decking with matching gray exterior finish. Cover porch roof header with smooth white break metal and paint porch ceiling with flat white exterior finish. Stall vinyl lattice panels to the porch base. Install white composite railing around the outside perimeter of porch deck. Rails to have square type spindles.
