Renovation of Rooms 159 & 160 in Baker Hall to turn the existing classroom into a Physics Lab for SUNY ESF, work involves furring out of existing walls to accommodate new A/V equipment, new painting of all existing walls, reconfiguration of existing ACT ceiling for all walls being furred our, new ACT drop in LED light fixtures, electrical floor boxes for Lab Tables power supply and installation of new Marker Boards both CFCI & OFCI. The project consists of approximately 1,280sf of renovated lab space to include demolition, rough carpentry, metal stud and drywall framing, finishing, painting, ACT modifications, specialty accessories, HVAC modifications, and Electrical upgrades.
