The Village of Mamaroneck proposes the removal and replacement of storm sewer pipes, catch
basins and manholes and associated improvements. This work will include trench excavation,
grading, curb and sidewalk replacement, milling and paving, pavement markings, and any
ancillary construction work, such as lawn restoration.
The work area is to be accessed via the public right-of-way. The Contractor may utilize a portion
of the right-of-way, or other location as determined and agreed to by the Owner, for material
staging and stockpiling purposes. Final locations shall be coordinated with the Village Engineer.
However, the Contractor shall maintain safe and adequate access to the surrounding area at all
times.
All areas disturbed as part of this project, shall be repaired or restored to existing conditions or
better as determined by the Engineer and Owner.
