Reference Number 0000354436 Delivery Point City of Fenton The City of Fenton is accepting bids for a tree replacement program in the Elmwood Subdivision located in the City of Fenton. Recent utilitiy improvements (gas main, watermain, sewer improvements) and road reconstruction resulted in all RIght of Way Trees being removed for underground construction work. The City is seeking to replace approximately 150 ROW trees in the neighborhood with a variety of trees, and placement of trees, that meet the city code of ordinances. Please see attached bid documents for further project detail. Question Deadline 07/03/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Questions regarding the Bid documents, work scope or project worksite can be directed to Dan Brisson, Public Works Director via email dbrisson@cityoffenton.org or phone 810-629-2261. Bids are being solicited only from responsible and established contractors known to be experienced and regularly proving the sale and installation of trees. Contractors may be required to show satisfactory evidence that they have the necessary capital, equipment, and personnel to do the work. Fenton City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid, or portion thereof, which, in their opinion, is in the best interest of the City.
