Reference Number 0000353807 Oakland Schools is requesting bids for Pool Chemicals, Supplies, and Repairs. Any and all communication with regard to this IFB shall go through the Contracting Officer. Failure to comply with this may be grounds for disqualification. Question Deadline 06/11/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Any and all clarification questions pertaining to this IFB shall be submitted in writing through email to purchasing@oakland.k12.mi.us . In the event Oakland Schools Administration Building is closed due to unforeseen circumstances on the day bids are due, bids will be due at the same time on the next day that the building is open. Any Contractor may withdraw their bid at any time prior to the opening of bids. All bids shall remain firm for acceptance for a period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days beyond the bid opening. The awarded Contractor shall honor the bid pricing for a period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or alternative bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause; to waive any informality therein; or for reasons of establishing uniformity, to award the contract to other than the lowest Bidder at the sole discretion of Oakland Schools.
