Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work primarily consists of installing sidewalk, curb and gutter, detectable warning surfaces, storm pipe, storm inlets, relocating mailboxes, paving, and protecting fences, trees, signs, and etc. The location of the work is: 1450 E Oak Cliff Dr, Provo, Utah A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Security may be in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, cash, or Bid Bond. The WORK must be completed by October 31, 2024 For information about the Construction Contract, contact KAEHAN SHOUR, Project Engineer at (801) 852-6747 All requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be made in writing and delivered to the ENGINEER no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to opening of Bids.
