Renovation of an educational facility in Spindale, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SCOPE OF WORK: Isothermal Community College is soliciting bids to upgrade the electrical systems in the Construction Trades Building, located at the Spindale, NC campus. Work is to include the removal and installation of new electrical components. Proposals submitted shall assume that existing connections are in good working condition. Any "additional" work needed that may arise must be submitted in writing to Bill Doll, Director of Plant Operations via wdoll@isothermal.edu and approved by the College (see paragraph 13, page 7) via change order process. Bids may be mailed to the above address. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure their bid has arrived by the date and time specified. No late bids will be accepted. All Questions must be directed via email to jkjohnson@isothermal.edu, and include project 102-347 in email title, by 4:00pm June 19, 2024. Addenda addressing Questions will be posted to the electronic vendor portal by 4:30 pm on June 20, 2024.
