The janitorial services shall consist of an all-inclusive cleaning service of Morrow Mountain State Park's vacation cabins and include all necessary labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and equipment. Morrow Mountain State Park is located at 49104 Morrow Mountain Road, Albemarle, NC 28001-7886. Morrow Mountain State Park has six (6) family cabins and eight (8) camper cabins to be cleaned after each reservation is vacated and on a monthly/semi-annual basis. There is one (1) Handicap accessible family cabin which is approximately 861 square feet. There are five (5) family cabins that are each approximately 538 square feet. There are eight (8) camper cabins that each approximately 280 square feet. During the summer months, the family cabins are on a mandatory seven (7)-day rental starting on Mondays through Sundays and going through the morning of the next Monday. During each fall through late spring, there are mandatory two (2)-day rentals for the family cabins. The camper cabins are on a mandatory two (2)-day rental year-round. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract. The Contract shall have a term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date"). The State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto.
