The Contractor shall furnish landfill services to accept and dispose of general and construction debris, special waste and municipal solid waste on an "as-needed" basis, in accordance with this Quick Quote, from all counties within the VDOT Fredericksburg District. The Contractor's landfill or recycling center shall be operated within the jurisdiction of the VDOT Fredericksburg District Northern Region in or around King George County. The facility shall operate in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, regulations, standards, and ordinances. Work Location: The landfill location(s) shall be within the Northern Region of VDOT's Fredericksburg District in and around King George County. Contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months, begin date to be determined at time of award with four (4) optional renewal periods. Any questions regarding this quick quote shall be addressed to Kristy Jeter, at Kristy.Jeter@VDOT.Virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters.
