Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Refurbishment of electrical, mechanical, control and interior design systems (with the exception of the two bathrooms) of the mechanical building and exterior of the fountain in the Jean-Paul-L'Allier garden. The fountain (R0002) is located in the Jean-Paul-L'Allier garden, rue du Parvis, in the district of La Cite-Limoilou. TIMELINE: Contract for landscape architecture and engineering services to complete design and monitor construction work has been awarded following request for proposals # 90338. Reference number: 1855137. The services are required for the following: the provision of professional engineering services specializing in mechanics, electricity, control, architecture and landscape architecture. Project is dependent on the development of the street car line on Street de la Couronne. Tender and construction schedules will be determined at a later date. Further update in late spring, 2026.
