The scope for the 25,056-square foot Emergency Operations Center includes construction of a new event and emergency operations center with related site modifications, two premanufactured metal structures on concrete foundations, underground utilities, driveways, fire & maintenance access roads, parking, drop-off areas, service yard, concrete walks, fencing, access gates, shade structures, planting and irrigation on 2 acres. The scope for the 7,080-square foot Kitchen includes tenant improvements of an existing pre-manufactured metal structure, infill addition under an existing roof extension from main building, site work, underground utilties, trenching for upgrades for service to the new kitchen and restrooms.
