Requisition Nbr: R2024000054 Document Nbr: D2024000064 Roof Maintenance at Various Locations, University of Hawaii at Manoa The work shall generally include roof cleaning that includes but not limited to removal of debris or any other item or obstruction that would affect the proper performance of the roof system to eliminate water/moisture from the roof. This work shall also include inspection of roof systems immediately after debris is removed. A report is then to be submitted following the completion of both the cleaning and inspection. Any damaged incurred by the contractor performing this work shall be repaired per roofing manufacturer requirements, that includes continuation of existing roofing manufacturer warranties that are currently in place, at no cost to the University. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this RFP, Part 1 is June 18, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. (HST). All clarification requests shall be submitted via Electronically. The term of the Contract shall commence on the effective date in the Notice to Proceed for a period of one year. Thereafter, the Contract may be renewable from year to year, for a total of five years, without the necessity of rebidding, upon mutual agreement in writing prior to the annual renewal date. Any increases in cost will be negotiated prior to the start of the next year.
