Neopit Sewer Improvements. Site Directions: Project locations are at various points within the community of Neopit. Neopit is located in Menominee County along State Hwy 47. It is approximately 11.5 miles NW of Keshena WI and 18.5 miles SE of the State Hwy 47/US Hwy 45 intersection. Question Deadline 06/18/2024 Est. Completion Date: Oct. 25, 2024 Description: Miscellaneous repairs to lift station site (grading and erosion repair/control), air release valve structure (replacement of existing valve within structure), and waste water treatment facility (replacement of a section of a DI air main, replacement of a baffle cable, and re-anchoring of a HDPE air lateral that has floated in Cell #1). Tribe will drain Cell #1 but Contractor will need to coordinate work in accordance with specifications. Refer to Section 01100 for other special requirements and stipulations.
