The Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services to complete field data gathering services, professional engineering design, completion of construction bid documents, aiding in the procurement of construction services, construction management, and construction inspection services for improvements to the community sanitary sewer and water systems in Neopit. BE-23-N10 Water System Improvements: A. Replacement of approximately 7,800 feet of water distribution main (directional drilled and open cut combined) along with associated appurtenances. B. Replacement of water service lines along route. BE-23-N17 Sanitary Sewer Improvements: A. Replacement and/or rehabilitation of gravity sewer mains including manholes and sewer service lines. Depending on the final design (and associated estimated cost), this could include approximately 2,540 feet of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) sewer rehabilitation work, 3,950 feet of sewer replacement, 915 feet of sewer pipe burst replacement, 900 feet of sewer force main replacement, 10 manhole rehabilitation, 20 manhole replacements, and sewer service lines replacement/rehabilitation. Est. Completion Date: June 6, 2025 Additional Description: Timelines for completion of the professional engineering services are: June 6, 2025 - have both projects let out for construction bidding. Earlier completion/out for bid is desired (but no bonus is to be awarded for earlier than anticipated design/out to bid). Construction inspection and post construction services - Fall 2025 and 2026 construction season Construction work must be completed no later than end of construction season in 2026 as the is planning for the state highway repave starting in 2027. In 2026 the WisDOT is proposing culvert replacements within Neopit so if construction goes into 2026, this shall be considered/coordinated with.
