Renovation of a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and medical facility.
The Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) has a bid offering for a Board Room Renovation at CHI Health Center Omaha. Information about the mandatory pre-bid meeting is available in the RFP. This is a mandatory pre-bid meeting. All Bidders who may wish to provide a Proposal must be present at this meeting. Bidders must notify MECA at kshiers@omahameca.com of their intention to attend this meeting no later than 2:00 pm June 12, 2024. It is anticipated that an agreement will be in place by July 16, 2024. The current timeframe for work to be completed is August 1, 2024 September 6, 2024, depending on lead times for materials.
