Reference Number 0000354592 The City is looking for a contractor to collect, manage and dispose of household hazardous waste collected from residents and Aurora Water customers. Monthly and annual reporting of collections, types of materials and volumes is necessary. July 01, 2024 Award actions complete The term of the contract is to be from the date of award through the firm price period, and upon the expiration of said period, the contract will terminate automatically, without notice, written or oral. The award period will be for One Year with the Option to Extend an additional four (4) years and shall not exceed a total of five (5) years, including extensions as appropriate. The City of Aurora reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City.
