The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is inviting consulting firms with General Architectural Consulting Services/Structural Engineering/Electrical and Mechanical Engineering expertise to submit proposals for Standing Offers. Proponents shall be licensed or be eligible to be licensed to practice in the Province of Manitoba. Firms should be able to demonstrate successful delivery of these services for a broad variety of projects over the last five (5) years. TERM OF STANDING OFFERS: It is the RCMP's intention to authorize up to four (4) Standing Offers, each for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuing the Standing Offers, with an option to extend the term of the Standing Offer for up to two (3) consecutive additional one (1) year term. There is a Security Requirement contained within this solicitation. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than ten (10) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
