Red River College Polytechnic (RRC Polytech) is soliciting quotes for repairs of the Atrium Skylight System located at The Roblin Centre in Winnipeg, MB. This project will require the successful vendor to supply all materials and labour required for completing the repairs. The Entire Skylight System is composed of 88 panel sections (44 wide by 2 tall). The successful vendor shall, throughout the term, as directed by the College to its reasonable satisfaction: Identify and create a safe-work area around the project space Remove all skylight pane caps and pressure plates Clean pressure plates Supply and Install new pane gaskets Inspect and clean all drainage paths Reinstall pressure plates and caps Clean interior side of skylight area at glazing and mullion shoulder junction Inspect shoulder gaskets for continuity Supply and install of sealant as required Complete a general clean-up at the work areas and leave the site in a clean and presentable condition Complete the project by August 25, 2024.
