Reference Number 0000272479 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/18 12:00:00 PM CDT Phase 1: The work shall consist of approximately 310 hours of mowing grade slopes and ditches along Provincial Waterways at various locations in the Vicinity of The Pas and RM of Kelsey in Watershed 114. Phase 2: The work shall consist of approximately 600 hours of mowing grade slopes and ditches along Provincial Waterways at various locations in the Vicinity of The Pas and RM of Kelsey in Watershed 114. COMPLETION MODEL The Contract will be assessed Liquidated Damages in accordance with the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES SUB COMPLETION All work necessary for the completion of Phase 1 mowing shall be completed free of daily liquidated damages on or before AUGUST 16, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. COMPLETION All work necessary for the completion of Phase 2 mowing shall be completed free of daily liquidated damages on or before OCTOBER 25, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. The maximum liquidation damage charge at any given time shall by FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for this project is: OCTOBER 31, 2024.
