Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work under this project will include: construction of six pickleball courts, two shuffleboard courts, two bocce courts, four horseshoe pits, two basketball courts, volleyball court, walking path, a new gravel parking area, general site regrading and drainage work, and all other appurtenant work located at 80 Pawtucket Blvd. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. SCOPE OF WORK The work to be done under this Contract consists of the site improvements to a parcel at: Location 80 Pawtucket Boulevard Tyngsborough, MA 01879 The work under this contract shall consist of: installation of six pickleball courts, installation of two shuffleboard courts, installation of two bocce courts, installation of four horseshoe pits, excavation, removal, and fine grading, installation of asphalt sidewalks, installation of chain link fencing, and other incidental work as required and shown on the plans to satisfactorily complete the work. Work under this Contract shall be paid for lump sum, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
