Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Wastewater Utility - Headworks & Digester Painting. The Certified Check or Bid Bond Will Be Returned to the Bidder as Soon as the Contract is Signed, and if After 15 Days the Bidder Fails to Do So, the Certified Check or Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited to the Lake Geneva Utility Commission as Liquidated Damages. Required Bonding to Be Submitted for Contract Security Will Include a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an Amount Equal to the Contract Amount. The Work for Which Bids Are Requested Includes the Following: General Surface Cleaning, Preparation, and the Application of Paint Coatings Within the Headworks Building, Including Walls, Ceiling, and Piping, and on the Walls and Ceiling Within the Digester Process Room Located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Along With Ancillary Work as Called for in the Project Documents. The Lake Geneva Utility Commission Reserves the Right to Accept the Most Advantageous Bid, Waive Any Informalities, or to Reject Any or All Bids.
